Remembering the trajedy of 911

Post  seeknpeek on Thu Sep 11, 2008 7:15 am

Please take time today to reflect on the trajedy of September 11. All to often we tend to forget how sad this world really is. Say a prayer is rememberance and for the thousands of family members that lost love ones on that date. Please also say a prayer for our troops. Thank You!!

I was in 7th grade during my computer class. The teacher had turned the news on for him to watch and never really watch it. But I saw a tape that showed a plane crashing into one of the twin towers. I was more shocked than upset. I really didnt know what to think at that time. The teachers left the tv's on for us students to watch in the morning but after lunch they turned them off. Also after lunch a teacher was upset because she couldn't get ahold of her friend. Thats when my emotions started to hit me cuz I realized at the time my aunt and uncle lived in New York.
